In 2024, Swenson Insurance was formed with the goal of serving a vital, thriving middle-market of entrepreneurial and family-owned businesses. From large brokerage roots, we set out to create an environment where privately held businesses could access the deep product knowledge and expertise they sought from large agencies, within a more responsive and personable framework.

After years of working in the big broker world, Westyn saw a need for a more personable and exclusive way of purchasing insurance. With premiums reaching all time highs, Westyn envisioned the idea of services that were more in depth so that his clients could be educated about what they were buying rather than being a number on a calendar.

The big questions that Westyn had was "Why is it that when you call any agency, they can help you with little to no questions asked? And mostly right on the spot?" While agreeing that everyone should be be treated with respect and urgency, where can you draw the line between growing your business and providing exceptional care for your clients?
